We are experts in MCACES MII cost estimating software required by the Federal Government.  We excel at preparing cost estimates at various stages of design to keep projects on budget and avoid surprises on bid day.  Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, and Contract Document Estimates are all specialties of ours. We understand how to bridge the gaps with partially designed drawings during the SD and DD design phases.  We are experts in the estimating procedures required by the USACE, NAVFAC, ANG, USCG, GSA, and NPS. We often prepare Independent Government Estimates (IGE's) to validate the cost of change orders and ASI's.  Wyly Cost will represent your design firm well by attending government charrettes and VE workshops in person.  Our references are numerous and respected, including even the Pentagon.  Additionally, other services such as schedules, constructibility reviews, market surveys, risk analysis, forensics, claims, contract administration, and project management are all valuable resources for the A/E's to utilize when needed.  Wyly Cost LLC is a woman-owned company. For the legal profession, Wyly Cost has a proven track record of being extremely effective in depositions and court testimony, and we provide excellent, detailed reports offering a construction consultant's opinion that cuts to the heart of the case.  We've never been part of a case where our attorney did not either win the case or reach a much better settlement than expected.  Opposing attorneys' attempts to discredit us as expert witnesses have always failed. We can bring clarity to injury lawsuits, contract disputes, schedule disputes, financial disputes, and construction specification and standards compliance through our expert review of court documents and professional expert witness reports.
